Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

Thank you for exploring and shopping at Waterfront Gift Shop. Please be aware that, due to the nature of our business, we have a no returns, exchanges, or refunds policy in effect on sales of our merchandise.

We value our customer’s satisfaction and want you to be thrilled with your purchase from Waterfront Gift Shop. We take great care in verifying that the products we send to you are in perfect condition, and that they have been carefully packed before shipment. Because most of our products are imported from Korea and U.S.A., we are not able resell them if products or packages are opened.

If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us within 5 days of receiving shipment, and we will do our best to rectify the situation. While we do not offer refunds at this time, we understand that in some cases an exchange or refund is necessary, and the decision to do so is at our sole discretion. We cannot be responsible for damaged products due to shipment, and in such a case we ask you to contact Canada Post directly to report damages or file a claim.

 

  

Shipping

Our goal is to make your Waterfront Gift Shop shopping experience easy and enjoyable.  If you have questions during your shopping experience please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will help you.

Our standard shipping is via Canada Post and expedited services are offered at an additional cost. Shipping includes all packing, insurance and specified delivery.  If you have your own courier account we will be happy to accommodate you.  

In-Store Pick-up:

Come to our store at 1334 Waterfront Gift Shop in beautiful downtown Kelowna and we’ll have your items packed and ready to go. 

Standard Shipping: 

For shipments within Canada we typically use Canada Post.  Most orders should arrive 4 - 10 business days after shipping. Orders received weekdays typically ship the next day.  Some ship same day if they’re received early.  Orders received Friday ship Monday (except holidays).  Large or fragile orders are outsourced to shipping experts and we confirm time and cost details with you prior to shipping.  Sorry, we can’t ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Guarantee:

Waterfront Gift Shop can't guarantee shipping times as unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather and worker stoppages may occur.

Out-of-Stock items:

We stock most products but in some cases a lead-time is required.  As well, some products are shipped direct to you from our suppliers.  If you get an "out of stock message" from our web site be sure to contact us with any questions.
